2019 Think Tank

Presented by Adam Bass, MD and TargetCancer Foundation
November 14 and 15, 2019
Boston College Club
100 Federal Street, Floor 36, Boston MA 02210

On November 14-15, 2019, TargetCancer Foundation hosted the 3rd Think Tank on Advancing Gastroesophageal Cancer Research, a unique, two-day scientific meeting addressing the challenges facing researchers and clinicians in gastroesophageal cancer. This meeting is designed to promote collaboration, information-sharing and idea generation in an effort to define research priorities, foster new collaborative efforts across institutions, and ultimately propel the field of gastroesophageal cancer research forward. For the first time, the meeting also provided the opportunity for early-career scientists to present abstracts and posters to the leaders in their field.

We are inspired by the energy, collaboration and thoughtful discussion that all of the attendees brought to this meeting, and are excited to continue our work to build a united community around gastroesophageal cancer research, treatment and advocacy.

The meeting program is available here, and you can view photos from the meeting here.
