On a beautiful April day, Team TargetCancer Foundation was thrilled to participate in the return of the Boston Marathon® to Patriots Day weekend in 2022. We were proud to be an official Partner of John Hancock in the Marathon Non-Profit Program for the eighth straight year. The 126th running of the Boston Marathon was held on Monday, April 18, 2022.
Rare cancer has impacted each of our runners’ lives, and they dedicated their time and efforts in 2022 to making a difference for those facing this challenging diagnosis. Spreading awareness of the critical need for research funding and raising money to benefit patients and families helped inspired them through each long training run and up and over the hills. Together, they raised over $45,000 to support TargetCancer Foundation’s work.
